Very serious gym. Dumbbells to 80Kg, 3x each of squat racks, hack squats and leg presses. All the usual machines and then a few extra like pull over, assisted Nordic raises and lateral raises. Crowded when I go there

Personale cortese e preparato e rapporto qualità / prezzo ottimo.Traduzione
Excellent gym, definitely the best in Ciociaria. From the moment you enter you are greeted by a delicious smell that can be felt throughout the gym, which is very clean, both the various rooms (with equipment and connected floors) and the changing rooms. The machines are of excellent quality (Hammer Strength) and offer the possibility of training on many work angles. Courteous and prepared staff and excellent quality / price ratio.
Struttura eccellente.

In estate in calore è troppo intenso. Per il resto va più che bene.

The gym is well-equipped and well-maintained, the best in the area. The only major improvement missing would be effective air conditioning in the leg room, with the same air conditioning as the locker room. In the summer, the heat is too intense. Otherwise, it's more than adequate.
Ottima struttura, ambiente accogliente e super curato. Istruttori molto professionali e preparati.

Excellent facility, welcoming and meticulously maintained. Very professional and knowledgeable instructors. Refined equipment, for those who pay attention to detail, all by Hammer Strength, Arsenal Strength, etc. Plus, there's the beautiful and relaxing Pilates Studio. Definitely worth a try!

Definitely the best gym in the area. Prices are perhaps a little higher than in the surrounding area, but considering the equipment and quality, it's more than fair.

Palrstra simply Fantastic A wonderful experience, with my team we often leave from Rome to do some very strong group training

The best of the best; calling it a gym is an understatement. It offers specialized classes and services. Nothing is left to chance, from the cleanliness of each piece of equipment to the organization of the rooms; where you're constantly supported by qualified staff. The best.
